When I was first diagnosed with an autoimmune condition years ago, I felt lost and scared.

I was told I would need to live with my condition and take medication for the rest of my life.

I thought to myself, there has to be a better way. And so, I set out on a search to find it!

What I learned was: The doctor determines the diagnosis, you decide your prognosis.

From that place, I created the Daily Dose of Healing Intensive program to help give people tools and strategies for their healing journey. 

In this program, I will share with you everything I’ve learned in the past 15 years as a doctor, patient and seeker.

We will go through meditations, nervous system regulation, breathwork, journaling prompts, mindset shifts, and so much more to help you heal! You will also be in a community with others along the same path.

This is an intensive and transformative 2-month program.

Why is it daily?

Immersion is the best way to heal. When you want to learn a new language, you can take weekly classes and you will discover a little. However, when you surround yourself with the environment and practice the language on a daily basis, you master it faster. This is also true for healing.

The intention for the 4-day program is to allow a day of integration on the 5th day and rest on days 6 and 7.

This gives you the opportunity to go back and watch a missed session or re-watch another session to go deeper into a process.

  • Are sessions recorded?
    • Yes, they are recorded and sent to you when available so you can watch the session on the same day.
  • Can I join at any time?
    • No, this program begins on December 12, 2022, and goes for 2 months. If you are unsure, you may sign up for the first month on a trial basis and stop after the first month.
  • Can you diagnose a condition?
    • This course is not a substitute for seeking medical advice. I will not be diagnosing any conditions. I am merely presenting proven tools and strategies for healing.
    • It is advisable to be doing this program while you are working with your healthcare provider.
  • What level is this course for?
    • All levels. For sessions that involve movements (i.e. yoga, stretch, etc.) variations will be given and you can participate at your own pace and comfort level.
  • Why is this done in the morning?
    • Personally, the morning is when I’m at my best. It’s when I have the most energy which is why I will be recording in the morning. I understand that other people prefer different times in the day which is why I want you to honour your body and watch the course whenever it is best for you. 
    • Some classes will be better suited for the evening or the morning and I will indicate them in advance. Why is this done in the morning?
