Be. Do. Have.

Most of us think that once we have what we want i.e. money, health, relationship, etc., then we will do the things that those people do and we will be who they are.

For example, we say, once I get a million dollars, I will be more generous and donate to charity. Once I’m healthy, I will focus on my purpose. Once I have a partner, I will be more loving.

This is the wrong use of the law of cause and effect. Waiting until you have what you desire before taking action will not get you where you want to go.

You need to be, do and then you have.

If you want to have a loving partner, you must first be a loving person. As a loving person, you will take the actions of a loving person and then you will attract love into your life.

If you desire health, you need to do the things that healthy people do (eat well, exercise to your abilities, stay hydrated, see your chiropractor, meditate, etc.) and then you will have the health that you want.

Be the person who has the qualities you desire. Do what they would do. Then, you will have what they have.

Are you having difficulty attracting what you desire?

I can help you find out why.

I will be hosting a FREE webinar on the healing mindset and what it takes to heal from chronic illness. We will be discussing the role of unhealed trauma, the vagus nerve and the subconscious mind on your ability to heal.
