We Are All Connected

Recently, I’ve been reading and studying the 12 universal laws.

At first, I didn’t want to share what I learned for fear of what others thinks. How often do we stop ourselves from doing something because of what someone else may think?

However, the message may help someone out there so, I am choosing to step into my courage.

Here goes:

The law of oneness says that we are all one with each other. We are all made of the same stuff which means that we are all connected.

Because we are all connected and are all one, what we do to others, we do to ourselves. When we speak negatively of others or wish ill upon others, we are wishing it upon ourselves.

Have you ever experienced anger at someone because of something they did and continued to hold it for a long time? When you ask the person you are angry at about the situation, they can’t even remember? The anger you held in your body towards the other, was only hurting you.

Question to ask yourself: Are there negative experiences in my past that I am still holding emotions around? How can I let them go in order to better heal? You see, it also takes energy in your body to hold on to the past. The energy that can be used for healing, growth, expansion, etc. if you choose it so.

Conversely, if you wish the best for others, you want the same for yourself. And, because we are all connected, if someone else can achieve something you want, so can you. If they can have it, so can you.

Look for examples of others who have gone through what you are going through and come out better on the other side. If someone can heal from a chronic illness, this means that you can too.

Work with this law of oneness by being more positive in your relationship to others.
