Discover Your Breath

We are going to go on a breathwork journey to get in touch with our childhood self.

This is a beginning breathwork journey and suitable for all.

We are going to find out what your breath is trying to tell you today about your life and what needs to change.

There is no right or wrong way to do this breathwork exercise. Rather, the Breath offers an opportunity for exploration.

Breath carries with it the vital energy of life. It is the first thing we do when we are born, and is our constant companion through this life.

If this is your first time doing breathwork, you may notice that staying through the entire process may be too much for you. Go as far as you are able to today.

You may notice yourself drift away from this journey and when you do, bring yourself back to the present.

Sometimes, when you leave or your mind wanders, it’s a protective mechanism so you don’t feel what you are feeling in the moment.

Begin by finding a comfortable position or posture for this practice whether seated or laying down.
