Why would we want to change?
It’s a part of nature.
The seasons change, the night and day change, the years change, and we evolve.
The physical cells of our body are constantly changing. While most people are aware that their body ages and changes, are they also able to experience different emotions, thoughts, nervous system reactions and patterns of behaviour?
Or, are they stuck somewhere in a holding pattern? Holding on to trauma. Trauma is something that happens to you and it’s too much in the moment for your body to process.
WHat I’ve come up with are my 3 pillars of growth and transformation: nervous system, energetics and identity.
