How Do You Respond?

Are you reacting to life or responding to life?

Most of us are reacting to life instead of responding to it. When we get an email that we don’t like, we react as if a tiger was chasing us. If someone says something to us that we don’t like, even if it’s on social media, we react as if our life was in danger.

There are very few times in our life when we are actually in real danger.

This means, that the rest of the time when we are in a state of fear, we are reacting to perceived danger.

We don’t have to look much further than the past few years of the pandemic, where there was a lot of fear and reaction to it.

Yes, some people did find themselves to be in real life-threatening situations. For others, there was a lot of perceived fear.

Responsibility = your ability to respond

As a leader in your life, in your family, for those you work with, your ability to respond appropriately, gives other people the ability to trust you and feel good in your presence.

Change your response and you will change your life.

I can help you change the way you respond to your environment by giving you unique strategies for your body.
