RECAP: Nervous System Reset

Thank you for everyone who attended or watched the 3-Day Nervous System Reset Masterclass. This was one of the best courses that I’ve created.

In the 3 days, I taught my C.A.R.E. Method for Nervous System Regulation. If you’re curious to know the steps, read my previous blog HERE.

We began Day 1 by discussing why you are doing this masterclass. Why? Firstly, there is wisdom in knowing why you are here. Secondly, once you know why you showed up for yourself, that reason will give you the resilience to take you through the 3 days and to stick to the promise you made for yourself.

Next, we reviewed where your nervous system developed (in utero) and how life conditioned your nervous system for the environment for which you would be born into.

Finally, we started discussing connection and went through an embodiment exercise to help you connect with parts of yourself that you have isolated, pushed down, ignored, tried to cut out, etc.

In Day 2, we dive into acknowledge, reframe and expansion.

When we acknowledge how we’ve played a role in disconnecting from ourselves, we can now take steps to create safety in our nervous system.

Next, instead of trying to eradicate all of our limiting beliefs and negative experiences from our life…which is not going to happen, we give new meaning to them. We reframe our experience to one that serves us better.

Finally, we expand and step into a greater vision that we have for ourselves.

In Day 3, I take you through an integrative process. This is a practice that I’ve created for me and that I take myself through in order to move the energy and rewire my nervous system. It was inspired by my mentor Andee Love.

This is a fun experience and you choose your level of movement while honouring your energy and nervous system.
