The Void

The void is the space between.

The space between what?

Jumping and landing.

Letting go of the trapeze and catching it on the other side.

One job and another.

The ending of a relationship and the beginning of another.

Who you were and who you want to be.

The void is the place between it all.

Who you are in the void says alot about you.

When you are in the space between…

…are you in a rush? I just want to get to the other side of this?

…are you bored? I don’t know what to do.

…are you enjoying your time? Let’s have as much fun as possible.

Who you are in the space in between comes with you to the other side.

What if the other side isn’t the destination?

What if the destination was the void?

Who would you be then?

For a long time, I thought I had to have the other side figured out before I jumped.

Or that the other side contained the missing keys to this side.

I tried to hurry my way over.

Not this time. This time, I’m floating there. I’m enjoying every part of my journey.
