Day 2: What Have I Been Trying to Preserve?

Yesterday, we explored what you are ready to let go of.

Today, we’re going a layer deeper.

Because often, the things we struggle to release are the very things we’ve been working hard to preserve.

Not because they still serve us.

Not because they’re aligned with who we’re becoming.

But because we’re afraid of what will happen if we let them go.

A relationship that no longer nourishes us.

An identity we’ve outgrown.

A role we’ve been playing for years.

A version of ourselves that once helped us survive but can no longer help us thrive.

We hold on because the familiar feels safer than the unknown.

Journal Prompt

📝 What have I been trying to preserve that is no longer connected to Source?

📝 What fear arises when I imagine letting it go?

📝 What might become possible if I trusted life enough to release it?

Sometimes transformation begins not with what we gain but with what we stop trying to preserve.
