Day 21: Beyond the Finish Line

Before you close this chapter, I want to leave you with one final reminder:

This challenge was born from one of the greatest losses of my life.

When my mom passed away last year, I had a choice.

I could allow my pain to become the end of my story.

Or I could allow it to become a catalyst.

I chose the catalyst.

And by joining me on this journey, so did you.

My hope is that when life presents you with your next challenge, you’ll remember that you now have a different way of meeting it.

Not by avoiding it.

Not by suppressing it.

Not by pretending you’re okay.

But by feeling it.

Questioning the old code.

Remembering your worth.

Trusting your capacity.

And choosing, again and again, to become the person your experiences are inviting you to be.

Thank you for trusting me over these past 21 days.

It has been an honour to walk beside you.

This may be the end of The Catalyst 2.0…

But it is only the beginning of your next chapter.

So don’t stop at the finish line.

Run through it.
