Welcome to Day 1 of The Catalyst 2.0!
Today is an auspicious day.
Not only is it the first day of June but we are also moving through the energy of the Blue Moon. Have you ever heard the expression, “once in a blue moon”?
Traditionally, it refers to something rare and significant. An opportunity that doesn’t come around often.
Whether you view this through a spiritual lens, an energetic lens, or simply as a symbolic reminder, the message is the same:
This is a powerful time to choose a new direction.
Over the next 21 days, I invite you to step into your next timeline, not by denying your past, but by bringing the wisdom of your past forward with you.
Where The Catalyst Was Born
The Catalyst was born from one of the most difficult experiences of my life: the loss of my Mom.
When someone you love dies, life changes in an instant. The future you imagined shifts. Parts of your identity unravel. You are forced to navigate unfamiliar terrain.
For a long time, I thought healing meant getting back to who I was before.
Now I understand something different.
Healing is not about returning.
It’s about becoming.
The goal isn’t to erase painful experiences or pretend they didn’t happen. The goal is to transcend and include them.
We don’t leave our grief behind.
We don’t abandon our losses.
We don’t reject the chapters that broke our hearts.
Instead, we carry forward the lessons, the wisdom, the strength, and the compassion they cultivated within us.
Transcend and Include
Many people believe growth means leaving the past behind.
But true transformation happens when we allow every experience, both beautiful and painful, to become part of our evolution.
Your heartbreak taught you something.
Your disappointment taught you something.
Your failures taught you something.
Your grief taught you something.
The question isn’t, “How do I get rid of this?”
The question is:
“Who is this experience asking me to become?”
