Day 15: Why Do We Fear the Good Things?

Today, we’re going to talk about something that surprises many people:

Why do we hold back from fully receiving joy?

Are You Afraid of Joy?

Most people would say no.

“Of course I want joy.”

“Of course I want love.”

“Of course I want abundance.”

But let’s look a little deeper.

Are you actually afraid of joy?

Or are you afraid of losing it?

Because they’re not the same thing.

Many people aren’t afraid of getting what they want.

They’re afraid of what they’ll feel if they don’t get it.
